My journey was shaped by movement, culture, conflict, and resilience. Growing up across Canada, the US, Brazil, and Lebanon, I learned how difficult it was to navigate expectations and societal limits. Feeling unable to be my true self led to depression, heartbreak, betrayal, and a deep sense of not belonging. The loss of my father, financial collapse, and chronic illness pushed me to a breaking point.
Many didn’t understand my openness or unconventional ideas. I faced pushback simply for refusing to fit the mold. But questioning society’s rules and embracing my nature as a “rebel” and free thinker was never a phase, it became my way of creating my own path and life on my terms.
Through energy healing, inner child and shadow work, I healed my body, awakened my spirit, and discovered the profound connection between mind and body. What began as survival became a journey of transformation, vitality, and empowerment.
With a PhD in Quantum Medicine, and extensive training in Nutrition, Biology, Education, and Coaching. In addition, I acquired certificates such as Reiki, Hypnosis, Reconnection healing, EFT, law of attraction, Meditation, breath-work. I now empower women to listen to their bodies, awaken their vitality, and harness the mind-body connection to heal and create lives of freedom.

I grew up chasing answers: from Brazil to the USA, Switzerland, France, the UK, and beyond, always asking: What is this life really for? How can I live fully, freely, and well?
Raising two daughters as a single mom, I carried responsibility in one hand while quietly longing for my own freedom in the other. The “normal” path society expected wasn’t for me. My ideas were unconventional, my feelings dismissed, and I often felt unseen, unheard, and constrained. Panic attacks, depression, and fear shadowed every step.
But my desire for more was stronger than my fear. Even in the dimmest moments, I searched for answers. Over the years, through studying diverse fields, exploring new beliefs, and connecting with people who expanded my perspective, I began to reclaim my strength. Slowly, the restrictions imposed on me loosened.
Along the way, I immersed myself in learning: from a BS in International Business to a PhD in Quantum Medicine. I became an accredited Quantum Transformational Coach, studied Naturopathy, trained as a Reiki Master, and joined countless workshops with some of the best minds in personal development worldwide. I’ve spoken to audiences globally about manifestation, women’s empowerment, and quantum transformation, always with one message: you are more powerful than you think.Â
